Waco Body Mechanics | An Innovative Approach to Structural Wellness

An Innovative Approach to Structural Wellness

Grant Turnbow, D.PSc.

What is SRM®?

Waco Body Mechanics is set apart from other practitioners in that we have a practical approach to structural wellness. We feature Synergy Release Method®, an innovative technique that balances the skeletal and muscular systems so that they work together without compensation. By influencing muscles to release rather than forcing them, and influencing the sequence in which they respond, an individual may improve their balance and obtain a better nerve response to muscles with less stress on the skeletal structure. By balancing these muscles, nerve responses, and skeletal misalignments, the body functions better as a whole with less muscular discomfort. Simply put, we teach your muscles how to help you feel better.

Once we have helped our clients identify the root cause of discomfort and addressed the issue, our Synergy Release Method practitioners will then train the client how to maintain structural wellness from home. Most clients return only one to two times annually for a “tune up.” This unique approach is what sets us apart from other practitioners.

Wondering if Waco Body Mechanics is right for you?

Schedule your free 15 minute consultation call to discuss how we can help you improve your mobility, decrease pain, and answer any questions you may have.

If you’re an existing client, give us a call to schedule a “tune up” appointment.

I recommend Waco Body Mechanics to all of my customers! I train and ride horses professionally and It can be tough on my 50 year old self! It's not an every 2 weeks/every 30 days band-aid. It is a real program that works for every age, every sport and everyone. I'm so grateful for Grant and Waco Body Mechanics.

Before I found WBM I was in ridiculous amounts of pain. I was unable to work out or do basic things without being in pain. Thankfully Grant took his time and was able to make a huge difference. I can work out as much as I want and standing all day at work no longer causes me extreme pain. I highly recommend this business!

My husband went in to see Grant for a debilitating lower back issue, and he was able to help him get back on his feet. Grant was very knowledgeable and took ample time to explain things and answer all our questions. He even sent him home with some techniques to help with his lower back problems that still help, even to this day. We would absolutely recommend others to see him!
